Students visit the CTA at the installation of the Lafuente Tomey

At the 26th of September, last year’s students of the Degree in Science and Food Technology of the University of Zaragoza visited the center of our partner Lafuente Tomey. This visit took place in the context of the course “Technology of the vegetables products”, given by Rosa Oria, our project coordinator.

The visit was led by Ester Lafuente, who explained to the students the different areas, equipment and processing methods in the central, as well as the activities Lafuente Tomey developed under the project Zero Residues.

The students (39) could also see the packaging of the pulps of the Zero Residues fruit (nectarine and peach) developed under within the framework of the B5 action. In the pictures below, you can see the pictures of the visit.
