Bachellor degree on Food Technology - Thesis about the production of fruit pulp of Zero Residues

On the 7th of October, Maria Pellicer – fourth year student of the Degree in Science and Food Technology of the University of Zaragoza – defended her research work entitled “Design of a high pressure treatment for the development of the fruit pulp of Zero Residues”. This work has been developed as part of Final Degree and it has been directed by Rosa Oria (Unizar) and Esther Arias (PCTAD). María received the highest rating of this call, with a score of 9.5 points. 

Five experts were invited to the presentation.
