UNIZAR students visit Lafuente Tomey

On September 28, several final-year science and technology of food students of the University of Zaragoza visited our partner Lafuente Tomey. This visit was conducted in the framework of the course ´´Technology of plant products´´, provided by Rosa Oria, our project coordinator, together with Maria Eugenia Venturini, Professor in the field.

The visit was led by Ester Lafuente, who explained to the 25 students the different areas, equipment and processing methods used in the headquarters, as well as the activities that are being carried out by Lafuente Tomey in the framework of the Zero Residues Project.
