Last Tuesday, 11 of February, the LIFE+ Zero Residues project was presented to the fruit and vegetable sector of Aragón with the XVII post-harvest event in mind, organized by the University of Zaragoza and the department of Agriculture, Animal breeding and Environment of the government of Aragón. The event was chaired by the Illustrious Mr. D. Javier Arizmendi from Zerya explained the details of the Zero Residues method and its application to the production of stone-fruit.

A total of 90 people came to the event, including our colleagues from PCTAD, Finca Valleluz and Lafuente Tomey. All the attendants were very interested in the project and openly participated in the friendly debate that resulted afterwards.
