Zero Residues present at the University of Cartagena

On March 9, 2015, Dr. Rosa Oria, from UNIZAR, participated in the "IX International Course of postharvest technologies and minimal processing" at the University of Cartagena (Murcia).
 
The course aims to acquire and reinforce knowledge about the optimization and the handling of whole and minimally processed products, storage and transport, as well as aspects related to its metabolism, physiology, quality and food safety. The course includes lectures, tours and workshops. It is aimed at training professionals, technicians, researchers and companies as well as students from related disciplines.

In front of a large audience of technicians and entrepreneurs from 26 nationalities, the coordinator presented a summary of the LIFE ZERO RESIDUES project and commented low impact postharvest technologies that are to be applied in the coming campaigns of stone fruits.
