The quality analysis campaign goes on

Since last May, our colleagues from Unizar are conducting physicochemical and sensory quality analyses of the ZR stone fruits. These activities are coordinated by Maria Eugenia Venturini and Eva Campo. Similarly, they carried out studies with different plastics packaging, in order to determine the best conditions for increasing the shelf life of each product.
