On March 12th, the partners of the Zero Residues project hold the 6th Steering Committee meeting in La Muela (Zaragoza), at Lafuente Tomey’s facilities. The consortium met to discuss the general evolution of the project. Estibaliz Gabilondo Urkijo, the monitoring expert on behalf of the European Commission, attended this meeting for the second time in order to supervise its correct implementation.

During the meeting, technical, administrative and financial issues were discussed. Most of the time was devoted to present the state of play of the project actions. To date, preparatory actions are virtually finished, so the main emphasis was given to the implementation actions, which are all showing good progress.

The monitoring expert was very pleased with the project’s development and congratulated the partners for the good work.

We thank the team of Unizar for the organization of the meeting as well as Lafuente Tomey for the warm welcome.
