09.04.2014 By: Transfer LBC

On the 8th of April, project partners PCTAD and Transfer came together in order to discuss the state of the project Zero Residues. During the meeting, the partners discussed the studies initiated by PCTAD and Unizar, which include the opinions of the customers on the color, smell and sweetness of the stone fruits. These three factors will be tested by a panel test and the results will be part of the market study.

Furthermore, the partners discussed the options of future cooperation with other Life projects as this will be beneficial for both projects. A potential partner for cooperation will be the LIFE 13 project Fresh Box. This project offers a sustainable transport solution conserving the quality of fresh produce, and thereby reducing waste and fuel consumption. The project is expected to start in July 2014.
