26.10.2015 By: UNIZAR

Between 21 and 23 October, the 2015 AEPAS Congress was held in Ciudad Real, organized by the Association of Professionals of Sensory Analysis, together with the University of Castilla la Mancha. The Congress brought together a hundred attendees, domestic and foreign, belonging to the academic and industrial world.

Our colleague Eva Campo (UNIZAR) presented the paper entitled "Aromatic Characterization of the profile of Early Bigi cherries in three degrees of maturity by SPME / GC-O", realised with cherries from the Zero Residues project. To see the poster of the presentation, click here.

The conference was a great opportunity to reconnect with many colleagues of sensory science, and also to see the work that various research groups realised with fruits and derivatives. (Approximately 200-250 interested people, including students, experts).
